Term of Service
Welcome to ATL Exec Limo Service. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They explain our booking rules, payment policies, cancellations, and service conditions. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Guarantee Notice: Any service guarantee applies only to the original reservation. Changes to pickup location, timing, or vehicle type may void the guarantee. The pickup address and vehicle selection must accurately reflect your actual needs.
General Terms
1. Bookings and Availability
- Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred vehicle and schedule.
2. Payment Policies
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the scheduled service date.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and fee-free options such as Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
- Credit card payments may include processing fees.
3. Hourly Service and Overtime Charges
- A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and Sprinter vehicles.
- Some specialty vehicles and peak periods may require longer minimum bookings.
- After the minimum time, billing is rounded up to the next full hour.
- Services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. may incur an additional surcharge.
4. Holiday and Long-Distance Travel
- Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius from our base location may include mileage and travel time charges.
- Holiday services may carry additional surcharges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Airport Transfers
- Local airport transfers require at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellation.
- Domestic and international airport transfers require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
2. Hourly Rentals and Events
- Cancellations within 30 business days of service result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 15 business days are charged in full.
- Proms, concerts, stadium events, museum trips, and major tournament reservations are non-refundable.
3. Changes and Cancellations
- All changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing by ATL Exec Limo Service.
- Drivers are not authorized to accept cancellations or changes.
Cleaning and Damage Fees
- Eating and smoking are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
- Smoking will result in a cleaning fee of up to $600.
- Excessive cleaning due to illness may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service.
Waiting Time and Additional Stops
1. Complimentary Waiting Time
- 15 minutes for residential, office, and hotel pickups.
- 30 minutes for domestic airport arrivals.
- 60 minutes for international airport arrivals.
2. Extra Stops
- Additional stops are charged per stop when within a reasonable distance.
SMS Terms of Service
By opting in through our website or other communication channels, you agree to receive SMS messages from ATL Exec Limo Service. Messages may include booking confirmations, reminders, service updates, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Safety and Conduct
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Unsafe behavior, including standing through sunroofs, is not permitted.
- Any misconduct may result in immediate service termination.
Liability
- ATL Exec Limo Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
- If a vehicle issue occurs, a comparable replacement vehicle will be provided when possible.
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles but will attempt to return found items.
Final Agreement
By using ATL Exec Limo Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of service completion. Thank you for choosing ATL Exec Limo Service. We look forward to serving you.
